How long before I receive my order? We process orders twice a day, 7 days a week. We dispatch orders on every alternate business day unless:
  1. It's a weekend or public holiday,  
  2. The order payment could not be processed (payment rejected, invalid card etc.), or  
  3. One or more products are not available (the longest we will usually hold an order over under this circumstance is 1-2 weeks).
Orders should arrive in most locations around the World within 2-10 business days from dispatch depending on the service you chose. We offer TNT Express (2-4 days world wide - No PO Boxes) and Spring World Mail (7-10 days - PO Boxes OK!)
How will I know what is happening with my order? We advise you of every step of your order and any problems if you give us your e-mail address when you place your order. We can advise you of payment, addressing availability or delivery problems quickly.  You WILL NOT be put on a mailing list. If you choose Express Shipping, you may also track your order on-line. We will supply tracking information.
How will the charge appear on my Credit Card Bill? Charges on your Credit Card Bill/Statement will appear as by "IDSN.com"
Do you have a payment system alternate to Credit Cards? Yes - You can send us a check or money order by mail (See IMPORTANT note below), Telegraphic Transfer from your Bank, or e-Check from US Banks via PayPal.

To make use of alternate payment methods, please place your order normally, select the payment method you wish to use on the Checkout page and select the "Method 3" button. Print the page you see and send it with your payment. Additional clearing charges may apply.

IMPORTANT:  Money  Orders  must have a BANK named on them for clearing the  funds.  We  can  not  accept  Money  orders without an associated clearing  bank.  USPS  Money orders  can  not be accepted.

Due to an increasing number of dishonoured checks, we will no longer be able to accept Personal checks. ONLY Bank Checks or Drafts will be accepted.

We will accept payments in US  Dollars,  UK  Pounds,  Canadian  Dollars, Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars.

I don't trust sending my Credit Card Details over the Internet! Using the "Method 3 or 4" buttons when submitting your order will allow you to fax or phone in your details or we can call you.
What if I'm looking for something I can't find on the site? Easy - we'll do our best to get it for you. We have more than 1,500 popular products on this site, but we have access to literally thousands of exotic Adult products. If you don't see it just drop us an e-mail and we'll hunt it down for you - never any extra charge and no trouble at all!

    Due to the nature of the products we sell, for reasons of hygiene, most products can NOT be accepted for return. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement and a return authority is required. Acceptable reasons for the issuing of a return authority are unauthorized orders, special circumstances, pre damaged goods or faulty goods. Return shipping charges are at your cost. Books, Magazines and all Video & Audio Media is specifically excluded from return unless due to malfunction, damage or manufacturing defect.

    Once an order has been sent, shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable. If goods are authorized for return credit, a 30% restocking fee will apply on all goods accepted. Returns may be refused if damaged (excluding return basis damage).

    All transactions are in Australian Dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are for comparison only and may vary slightly due to exchange rates at the actual time of transaction.

We will endeavour to provide an excellent, accurate and fast ordering and delivery service of the products you order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of placement. You should receive your package within 2 to 10 working days of placing your order. All orders are controlled and followed until dispatch by computer for maximum accuracy.

All orders are dispatched in a plain package and Customs Declaration will indicate contents as "Toys".

Customs agencies may open and inspect packages as they enter the country of destination (your country). Governments in the country of destination may levy an import duty or other tax on imported items. Duties, taxes and Customs issues are your responsibility.

Although we endeavour to provide a high quality service as stated above, we are not liable for backordering by our supplier, poor service or lack of service by postal and courier companies, organizations and providers, and other events outside our control that may delay the receipt of your goods. Were a product is not available at time of ordering, an equivalent similar substitute may be shipped in it's place.

Only Express Deliveries carry insurance coverage. Regular 7-10 day service carries NO INSURANCE COVERAGE and responsibility for loss, damage or theft will rest with you (the purchaser).

If you provide an e-mail address with your order we will confirm your order on funds approval, advise you on dispatch and contact you if there are any delays or other problems.

IDSN (AOtoys.com) undertakes to use Credit Card details only as specified by you the client in relation to purchases on this site. Although we take greatest care in the security of Credit Card details, we take no responsibility for the information while in transit to our Order Processing Centre.

All information supplied when placing an order or sending us e-mail will remain confidential. No information will be sold or passed to any other organization without your expressed permission.

Navigation on this site has been made as easy and "user friendly" as possible.

After entry, you will see the "Main Category" page. Choose one of the categories or place a key word (such as "blue" to find anything with the word "blue" in it), in the "Search" field and press "Enter" on your keyboard.

The "Category" or "Search Result" page will be displayed. Thumbnail pictures will be listed on the left side followed by a "Details" button, the product name, variations (were applicable), the price, quantity window and the "Add Item" button.

Click the "Details" button to see a larger more detailed picture and description of the product(s). From this "Detail" page you can instigate a purchase just as in the "Category" page. Click "Back" to return to the "Category" page.

To purchase an item, select the variation on the item (if a drop down window exists), then enter the number of items required in the "Quantity" window (default is 1) and then click the "Add Item" button. You will be shown a confirmation of what has been added to your basket.

To buy variations of the same item, simply select one variation and click the "Add Item" button and when you return, change to the next variation you wish to buy and click the "Add Item" button again.

Navigate back and forth between the "Main Category", "Category", "Search Result", "Detail" and "Shopping Basket" pages as many times as you like. To place your order click the "View Shopping Basket" button and follow the instructions below.

Placing an Order
To place your order fill in the details on the "Checkout" page. The page will tell you if you are missing any information when you press one of the submit order buttons "Method 1 - 4". If all necessary questions have been answered, you will see a receipt page.

If you choose to Phone/Fax your Credit Card details or have us call you for them, ("Method 3 - 4" buttons) you will see a Credit Card details page. Print this page out, fill it in, then fax it to us or keep it for your own records.

If you provide an e-mail address with your order we will confirm your order on funds approval, advise you on dispatch and contact you if there are any delays or other problems.
